Donations Co-ordinator

37.5 hours per week OR 2 people part time on a job share basis

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual(s) to be based at the Superstore to co-ordinate all donated items received.  This is a role which involves guiding, supporting and instructing our fabulous team of volunteers who help us to process donated goods.

You will be involved in liaising with our shop supervisors to ensure all shops are fully stocked and any specific orders are actioned.

Can you provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service whilst providing retail and warehouse support for the Superstore?

We operate a flexible working pattern over 5 days per week which may involve working on a Saturday.

Training will be provided so that you can relate the Hospice story to our customers talking to them on the value of their purchases and donations to ensure continued funding to enable Hospice to deliver its range of services to patients and their families, free of charge.

This is role which involves a degree of lifting to move stock around and using creativity to assist with displays.
